Exchange/Refund

We have a 30-day exchange/refund policy for defective or damaged products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/refund.

To be eligible to an exchange/refund you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange/refund, you can contact us at info@casatlapali.com. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. In case you requested an exchange, we will send the new item within 10 business days.
